I did finish my book before the end of the month, but for February, I read The Treasure Principle by Randy Alcorn. This is a really short book (for a short month) that encourages readers to put giving into an eternal perspective. Its main point is basically, that you can't take anything here on earth with you except what you send ahead. All the gifts we give to the Lord now are being stored up in Heaven where rust and moth do not destroy.
The Treasure Principle gave me fresh enthusiasm to serve the Lord through giving. It definately made me want to give more to the Lord's projects.
